CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Urban Glow Cosmetics, your appointment is a dedicated reservation exclusively for you. Because our new bespoke tiers utilize advanced technologies and meticulous timing, we strictly enforce the following policies to respect both your skin journey and our provider’s time. Cancellations & Rescheduling (48-Hour Notice): We require at least 48 hours' notice for any modifications or cancellations. Appointments canceled, moved, or altered within the 48-hour window will automatically incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled tier price. No-Shows: Failure to arrive at your scheduled time without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file. Future booking privileges will be paused until the balance is cleared. Late Arrivals: To protect the integrity and full results of your customized treatment, we operate on a strict timeline. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client while maintaining the full service charge, or it may be canceled and treated as a last-minute cancellation (50% fee). Refunds & Transfers: All product sales, deposits, and completed service fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. However, to the discretion of your Esthetician, in emergency circumstances a deposit can be transferable to 1 rescheduled appointment. Please contact the provider for written confirmation as this is considered an Emergency Exception only and is NOT guaranteed. By finalizing your booking and securing your appointment with a credit card on file, you explicitly authorize these terms. We deeply appreciate your mutual respect for our space and time. ✨
